Important Information

  • A $150 deposit for each camper is required to complete registration, the remaining balance is due by May 1st, payment plans are available.
  • All registrations completed after May 1st require payment in full.
  • Harmonized Sales Tax (13%) is added to all Overnight Sessions & Thursday Sleepover.
  • Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Cheque (made payable to YPCE). We are not able to accept VISA debit cards or etransfers.  Please contact our camp office to discuss options if needed.

OUR FEES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE AND INCLUDE:

  • Bus transportation from Aurora, Barrie or Parry Sound for Overnight Camp

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a session is not confirmed, or cancelled, by YPCE, a full refund will be offered.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Camp Director.
• Cancellation requests made after registration, but prior to 10 business day before the start of the session, are subject to a $50 administration fee per camp session and per child cancelled.
• If a cancellation request is made within 10 business days of the start of the camp session, it will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total fee.
• If a cancellation request is made after the start of a session, no refunds are issued.
• Cancellation requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note at the time of the request.
• Refunds, or partial refunds, may be offered at the discretion of the Executive Director for situations not covered in this policy.

Sibling Discount

Save 10% on each additional child in your family that you register for camp before May 15th.

Not applicable to additional care or Thursday Sleepover or in conjunction with any other discounts. Discount automatically calculated and applied during online application.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

At Hidden Bay Leadership Camp, we believe that camp is for all and we work to keep our camp fees competitive and an option for all families. However, we know that camp can be a significant expense for a family and we want to make that as many campers who want to attend Hidden Bay are able to do that.
