Hidden Bay Leadership Camp is available for rent between September and May for groups whose main interest is education, training or personal development. It is a beautiful location for a wide variety of events including:

We have had experience hosting a wide variety of groups. Our waterfront beach property is a naturally appealing and peaceful location with a swimming area, beach volleyball, canoes and kayaks and a dragonboat. Other amenities include a large eating, meeting, lounging and dining area, comfortable winterized accommodations with en-suite bathrooms, meeting facilities including flipchart) and a large screen TV with DVD/VHS. We take great pleasure in providing our well-equipped commercial kitchen which can be used throughout your rental.

We will provide an on-site staff to support you during your stay or event.

Rental Packages

Whether you run your own programming and cook your own meals or leave those details to us, our facility rental packages offer excellent value to your group.

This package provides accommodation only, cook your own food in our state-of-the-art kitchen.

We are only available for rentals between September and May, we do not offer summer rentals.

Please note that, due to severe allergy concerns, we are a nut aware facility and prohibit any foods that contain nuts.

Accommodation

Exclusive use of the site and facilities. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is no later than 3pm.

Full use of our state-of-the-art kitchen

Complimentary use of audio-visual equipment: TV/DVD, white boards, easels

Complimentary use of sports equipment (basketball, volleyball, soccer, Frisbee)

Complimentary use of the waterfront, dragonboat, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards at your own risk

Complimentary use of the fire pit

Optional programming available at an additional cost
